• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communications, and on-site support
• Provide general administrative support to the PR and marketing team, including document preparation, calendar management, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations , Marketing , Communications , or related field (preferred, not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with clients, media contacts, and event participants
