What you'll do at

Position Summary...

Join Walmart's Asset Protection team in Supply Chain as a Manager 2, Asset Protection. In this role, you will safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across our supply chain network.

What you'll do...

• Lead the development and validation of reporting analyses to ensure data integrity.

• Conduct and support regulatory and internal audits to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

• Manage total loss initiatives by analyzing shrink patterns and implementing improvement programs.

• Oversee the recovery of funds from theft and customer debt, and report results to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement effective strategies.

• Supervise and develop associates, promoting belonging and continuous learning.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and support the companys mission, values, and ethics.

What You'll Bring...

• Strong knowledge of asset protection, data integrity, and validation processes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in conducting audits, analyzing risks, and developing mitigation plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$126,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
