Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
• Update and maintain employee and organizational data in the HCM system.
• Perform data uploads using HDL or spreadsheet loader under supervision.
• Run standard and custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Support HR teams by creating reports and dashboards.
• Manage and review user roles, permissions, and security access.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure data security compliance.
• Help test system features and configurations during upgrades or patches.
• Document test results, create test cases, and maintain process documentation.
• Assist senior team members in configuring business rules, lookups, and workflows.
