Job Title: Sales Research Associate (Market Research & Lead Prospecting Focus) 

Compensation Range: $55,000-60,000 Base + Commission (Depending on Experience) 

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Position Overview 

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Research Associate with a passion for research, lead generation, and strategic outreach. This role blends market research, competitive intelligence, and outbound prospecting to surface qualified leads and build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for our enterprise sales team. 

You’ll identify patterns in the market, explore whitespace opportunities, and use Quid’s own technology alongside industry tools to uncover high-potential targets and deliver thoughtful outreach that sparks real conversations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct research on companies, industries, and market trends to identify and qualify high-potential leads 

  • Build detailed prospecting lists and outbound campaigns using a mix of automation tools and human insight 

  • Partner with Sales Directors and Marketing to align on ideal customer profiles, emerging markets, and new outreach strategies 

  • Turn marketing-generated interest and your own outbound efforts into qualified meetings for the sales team 

  • Contribute insights from your research to help shape our GTM messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies 

  • Use CRM and prospecting platforms to track activity, engagement, and performance metrics

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or market research 

  • Strong interest in AI, social media, or digital transformation trends 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Self-starter with a drive to uncover opportunity and exceed goals
