We’re currently hiring an enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to support our growing team. This entry-level PR position is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in public relations , event coordination , or brand marketing , and offers valuable hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of public relations campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Interact directly with event attendees and the public, effectively communicating brand messages and key talking points
  • Assist in organizing and executing live events , including logistics, setup, and teardown
  • Contribute to media outreach efforts, social media coverage, and the distribution of press materials
  • Track PR campaign results and assist with reporting and analytics for internal and client use
  • Ensure brand consistency across all messaging by collaborating with marketing and creative teams
  • Represent client brands professionally during promotional activations and public-facing events
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, campaign tracking, and customer follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving work environment
  • Prior experience in public relations, event marketing, customer service, or brand promotions is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
