Position Overview :
Nesco Resource is hiring for a 1st Shift Mailing Machine Operator at a busy and growing mailing service center in Berea, OH. You'll be operating automated equipment that stuffs, seals, and processes a high volume of mail such as invoices, postcards, and marketing pieces. Accuracy is critical mistakes in codes or addresses can be costly, so extreme attention to detail is a must!

• Operate high-speed mail stuffing machines for printed invoices, marketing slicks, and more
• Aerate paper to keep the machine running efficiently
• Check codes, addresses, and barcodes for accuracy
• Perform quality control to catch issues before they go out
• Use plastic binding equipment to finish mailers
• Keep your workspace clean and troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures

• Strong attention to detail accuracy in mailing is essential
• Ability to work on your feet and focus for long periods
• Experience in a production or machine operator role is helpful, but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
