JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​​​​Focus on waste handling equipment (shredders, compactors, bailers, conveyance, etc.)
• Coordinate installation with General Contractor(s)
• Installation of equipment
• Commissioning of equipment
• Training on equipment
• Proceduralize operation of the equipment
• Documentation of process / waste flows
• Coordination with site waste collection vendor​

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required. MBA preferred.
• 4 - 7 years of experience as an Equipment Project Manager
• Pharmaceutical waste equipment experience
• Proven project management skills preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in systematic problem solving & process improvement methods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; good presentation skills preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in Excel required.
• Able to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets required.
